Binance’s BNB token took the third place among the largest cryptocurrencies, second only to BTC and ETH. It is currently trading at $1,310, and its capitalization has reached $182 billion.
BNB has overtaken Ripple’s XRP, Tether’s USDT, and Solana (SOL). BNB updates historical highs daily. Since the beginning of 2025, its price has increased by 85%.
According to Forbes, the actual control of Binance and ownership of at least 64% of the total volume of BNB provided Changpeng Zhao, the founder of the exchange, with a fortune of $89.7 billion, which is the 21st place in the global ranking of billionaires.
